My journey with Barnum Mechanical, Inc. began with a commission for re-branding and creating a 40th Anniversary logo. These elements grew into a large library of business development collateral.

Twin Lakes Food Bank • Folsom

My heart for non-profit goes back to the ’90s when I was volunteering to serve food to the homeless. When the opportunity came to serve as the Graphic Designer for the Twin Lakes Food Bank, I was so excited! The new brand was launched in 2018 and it has allowed me to create so many wonderful supporting elements.

Twin Lakes Food Bank Gala

The Twin Lakes Food Bank Gala takes place yearly in November. This is the single largest fun-raising event for the food bank. It is crucial that the event is well attended and meets set goals to support the food bank clients for the following year. In 2020 the Gala went virtual and exceeded the goal! Folsom VYBE

Folsom VYBE is a celebration of local music that will culminate in an album release concert at the Harris Center on Thursday, October 17, 2019. It is a benefit for Folsom’s Twin Lakes Food Bank. Q’bole! has been in Folsom 15+ years and is literally where I take all my out of town friends! Creating social media posts and campaigns is really fun and yummy too! I have also had the opportunity to create elements for the website and menus.

MD Fisheries Brand & Website

The MD Fisheries website came about when COVID-19 hit hard in March 2020. It was a true pleasure to help this family-run business create a brand in the digital marketplace. We worked together to develop an online ordering system to support current customer orders and reach out to new customers.

Being a part of the Greater Folsom Partnership is a lifestyle. My role in Marketing and Graphic Design spans from creation for digital media to print production to support yearly events and sponsorship deliverables.

Star Spangled Drive In 2020

The Star Spangled Drive-In was a huge GFP team effort and during the Pandemic. We faced so many challenges along with the planning of this event and the very REAL possibility of cancellation leading up to the hour of the event opening. When the 2020 Folsom Pro Rodeo was officially not happening, our whole team was sad, emotional, and really disappointed that it was not possible to celebrate the 60 year anniversary of the Folsom Pro Rodeo. All our efforts, creativity, and patriotism banned together to create and pull off this event. I am truly proud and honored to have created for this event and celebrated our country during the most difficult year to date. #folsomstrongertogether

Folsom Women’s Conference 2020

The Folsom Women’s Conference was designed to be an in-person event. A glamorous day away connecting with other women, being inspired, and networking. Taking the conference to a virtual space came with challenges and but bigger opportunities. My approach to the design was a color palette that communicated hope and connection with emotion. I wanted the audience to feel embraced by the soft pink, peach, and gold tones but hopeful and strong by the navy blue color. The SWAG bag contained a journal and it was important for the end-user to feel inspired when they picked up to write in November of 2020. Folsom Pro Rodeo

When I was asked to add a treatment to the iconic Folsom Pro Rodeo logo. I poured a strong coffee. This is not something that you can take lightly. This logo lives in so MANY places on so many mediums. Our team wanted to express our love for Old Glory. By adding the stars and stripes onto the logo really worked and brought the horns to life! My favorite use is the denim jacket backside embroidery. This logo is gorgeous and works so well this large and this proud.

Folsom Women’s Conference 2019

The inaugural year was one for the books! The GFP team took an empty HUGE space at Palladio and transformed it into a conference space that morning keynote speaker, Kate White at the Harris Center, with the day hosted by the afternoon keynote speaker, Cristina Mendonsa, AND multiple breakout sessions around the Palladio in Folsom. The brand for this year-one event had to be bold, courageous, feminine, happy, and multifaceted.

Visit Folsom/Choose Folsom with Regional Transit

The RT train wrap project is a strategic campaign to promote Visit Folsom & Choose Folsom in the Sacramento region through a partnership with Regional Transit. This is the largest print piece I have ever created. The opportunity to make this was surreal and seeing the train pass through Folsom makes me smile and really happy. My vision was to try and capture as many elements of nature and beauty that Folsom has to offer.
